GRAND CHUTE, WI – Charles Behrmann, the Executive Chef of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, was named the winner of the Fox Valley Culinary Association’s Pandemic Leadership Award at the Hospitality Awards Gala on Monday night.

GRAND CHUTE, WI – Charles Behrmann, the Executive Chef of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, was named the winner of the Fox Valley Culinary Association’s Pandemic Leadership Award at the Hospitality Awards Gala on Monday night.

Behrmann was recognized for his contributions to the Association and the Timber Rattlers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Behrmann and the team used Carryout Fish Fries, Soups, and holiday meals to keep fans thinking about the Timber Rattlers during the 2020 shutdown through these events.

“I am thankful for all the fans who supported us throughout the year ordering the fish fries, soups to go, holiday meals, and Valentine’s day dinner boxes to keep us busy,” said Behrmann. “I could not have accomplished this without the help and support of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers staff and ownership to make this a success with all the work behind the scenes as well as helping deliver meals and organize the events. I look forward to continuing to provide great food at the ballpark all year long and can’t wait to see everyone back next season!”

The box office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
