Busch and Jackson Chosen to Play in Futures Game

Tulsa Drillers infielder Michael Busch and pitcher Andre Jackson have been chosen to participate in the 2021 SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game. The game is held in conjunction with the Major League All-Star Game and this year’s version will be played on Sunday, July 11 at Denver’s Coors Field. The duo

Tulsa Drillers infielder Michael Busch and pitcher Andre Jackson have been chosen to participate in the 2021 SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game. The game is held in conjunction with the Major League All-Star Game and this year’s version will be played on Sunday, July 11 at Denver’s Coors Field. The duo will play for the National League squad.

Busch and Jackson are the only two prospects chosen from the Los Angeles Dodgers. In total, there are 11 players who will participate in the Futures Game who have played in Double A-Central this season.

In addition, former Bixby and OU pitcher Cade Cavalli has been chosen to play in the game. Cavalli pitches in the Washington Nationals system.

MLB Network will televise the game, which will also stream on MLB.com and air on SiriusXM, at 2 p.m. CDT.
