In a scoreless game in the top of the tenth, Jermaine Palacios bunted automatic runner Tristan Gray to third before Zac Law drove him in with a line-drive single to left. After a walk moved Law to second, Jake Fraley singled to right with two outs. However, Cardinals (1-1, 40-26) right fielder Johan Mieses threw out Law at the plate to keep the score at 1-0.
