The Isotopes offense did record three doubles, but hit into two doubles plays and finished the night just 1-for-5 with runners in scoring position. Jordan Patterson was the only Isotope to record a multi-hit game, finishing the night 2-for-4 while raising his batting average to .265 on the season.
On the mound, Enright allowed five runs on eight hits. The veteran right-hander did take a line drive off his right ankle, but remained in the ball game. Enright struck out five and did not issue a walk.
The Albuquerque bullpen once again struggled, as reliever Sam Moll gave up three runs over his 1.0 inning on the mound while Nelson Gonzalez surrendered six walks in just 1.2 innings on the hill.
The Isotopes return home on Tuesday to open up a six-game homestand, starting with the Sacramento River Cats. Left-hander Sam Howard (1-1, 5.12) will take the hill for the Isotopes on Independence Day. First pitch from Isotopes Park is set for 6:35 p.m.
