Despite falling behind in the first inning on Angel Martinez's two-run homer, the Scorpions stormed back with a 16-hit onslaught, seven for extra bases, to best the Javelinas. Cal Conley fell a homer shy of the cycle and finished with four hits and two RBIs to pace Scottsdale. The No. 12 Braves prospect, who is in the running for the extra National League spot in Sunday's Fall Stars Game, improved his slash line to .304/.422/.551 with 10 extra-base hits, 15 RBIs and nine stolen bases in 19 games. Red Sox prospects Nick Yorke (No. 4) and Niko Kavadas (No. 21) combined for four hits, two homers, five RBIs and four runs. Backed by four-hit performances from the Phillies' Carlos De La Cruz and Astros' J.C. Correa, the Saguaros used an early offensive onslaught to roll past the Desert Dogs. De La Cruz hiked his average 52 points to .302 and left the yard for the second time this fall. Pittsburgh's Henry Davis drove in a pair with a double during a five-run fourth inning and reached safely three times. It was the first extra-base hit and RBI for baseball's 19th overall prospect since Oct. 21, a span of six games. Colton Gordon earned the win after allowing two runs and three hits over five frames. The No. 24 Astros prospect struck out eight and has fanned 19 in 18 2/3 innings. Edouard Julien moved back into a tie for the AFL lead with his fifth home run leading off the bottom of the first. The Solar Sox may have grabbed the win, but the Cardinals' dynamic duo of Jordan Walker and Masyn Winn continue to impress. The pair tallied two hits apiece with Walker adding an RBI to his ledger while extending his hitting streak to six games. MLB Pipeline's No. 6 overall prospect has hit safely in 10 of his last 11 contests to lift his average 38 points to .299. Winn singled twice, scored once and swiped his eighth base in nine chances. The second-ranked Cardinals prospect has three consecutive multihit games and is slashing .327/.448/.382. Another St. Louis prospect -- outfielder Mike Antico -- slugged a long home run, walked twice and stole a base for the Rafters. Jose Salas (MIA No. 5) singled twice and drove in two runs for Mesa.
