The Lemonade League is in the books, a part of history:

From July 23rd - August 22nd, 57 college baseball players in total came to Cooley Law School Stadium, were divided into the Locos and the Lugnuts (wearing the Locos' gem blue Copa De La Diversión jerseys and the Lugnuts' black and red Batting Practice jerseys), and played baseball for 20 games, with each and every game sold out.

These players represented Albion, Central Michigan, Cleary, Colorado School of Mines, Concordia, Davenport, Eastern Florida State, Eastern Michigan, Grand Valley State, Kalamazoo, Lansing CC, Madonna, Michigan State, Mott CC, Northwood, Oakland, Oakland CC, Olivet, Saginaw Valley State, Schoolcraft, Toledo and Wayne State.

The games totaled 1,318 plate appearances, 993 at-bats, 272 runs, 268 hits, 266 walks, 241 strikeouts, 113 stolen bases and nine home runs, all with a yellow baseball ("stitched lemon") rather than the normal white ball.

The Locos won 12 of the 20 meetings, capturing the very first Lemonade League title.
