The 25-year-old second baseman went 5-for-5 with three doubles, a pair of RBIs and a run scored in Triple-A Fresno's 14-5 road loss to the Dodgers. It was his second career five-hit game and first since Aug. 24, 2014 with Double-A Corpus Christi.

The 2013 fifth-round pick boosted his slash line to .308/.341/.367 in 27 PCL games, and he's logged at least two hits in 14 of those contests. He went 0-for-9 last week, shortly after returning from a stint in the Majors, but is 10-for-18 with five RBIs and three runs scored since Friday.
Kemp led off Sunday's game with a bloop single to center field off Dodgers No. 17 prospect Trevor Oaks, then lined a double off the Oklahoma City starter when they faced each other again in the third. Squaring off against Oaks a final time in the sixth, Kemp doubled again.

Astros top prospect Francis Martes (0-1) struggled in his fifth start for the Grizzlies, allowing five runs -- four earned -- on six hits and four walks over three innings. He struck out three.
Third-ranked Dodgers prospect Alex Verdugo had two hits and Trayce Thompson went 3-for-4 with a homer, two RBIs and three runs scored for Oklahoma City.
Oaks (1-1) picked up the win after yielding two runs on six hits and a walk with six strikeouts in six innings.
