Carlos Gomez headlines Rattlers homestand

GRAND CHUTE, WI - Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Carlos Gomez is scheduled for a rehabilitation assignment and will appear in games for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers at Time Warner Cable Field on Wednesday, May 19 and Thursday, May 20.  These are just two of the seven games remaining on the current Rattlers' homestand.  Here is a look at the individual promotions for each day of the homestand:

  • TUESDAY, MAY 18 at 6:35pm; 105.7WAPL Bang for Your Buck Night: The Timber Rattlers begin a three game series with the Peoria Chiefs, the Midwest League affiliate of the Chicago Cubs.  Green Bay native and former Wisconsin-Oshkosh baseball player Casey Kopitzke is in his first year as the manager of the Chiefs.  Soda, hotdogs, and Miller Beer are available for $1.  It is also College Night, which means that college students with a valid college ID may purchase a reserved seat or general admission ticket for $1.  Additionally, it is a KRAFT Singles Tuesday Night Tickets.  Fans who bring in a KRAFT Singles package wrapper and purchase one reserved seat will receive a second reserved seat free.

  • WEDNESDAY, MAY 19 at 12:05pm; AMERICAN TV WIN-IT WEDNESDAY: Carlos Gomez will make the first of his two rehabilitation appearances for the Timber Rattlers.  Every fan aged 16 and older will receive a scratch-off ticket.  Every ticket is a winner with prizes from the Timber Rattlers and American TV of Appleton.

  • THURSDAY, MAY 20 at 6:35pm; WIXX Thirsty Thursday: Carlos Gomez will make the second of his two rehabilitation appearances.  16oz beers and 22 oz. sodas are available for $2.  It is another College Night.  Fans may also play Launch-A-Ball, a promotion that allows fans attempt to win great prizes from area businesses, immediately after the game.

  • FRIDAY, MAY 21 at 6:35pm; North Shore Bank Family Night: The Burlington Bees, the defending Midwest League Western Division Champions, are in town to start a four game series with the Rattlers.  Children 12 and under eat free as part of North Shore Bank Family Night in conjunction with momslikeme.com.  After the game, ThedaCare Orthopedics presents Kids Run the Bases for children 14 and under.

  • SATURDAY, MAY 22 at 6:35pm; Express Convenience Centers Eric Arnett Poster Giveaway: The first 1,000 fans into Time Warner Cable Field receive a poster of Timber Rattlers pitcher Eric Arnett courtesy of Express Convenience Centers.

  • SUNDAY, MAY 23 at 1:05pm; Brewers Sunday presented by 107.5 The Fan: Timber Rattlers players will be wearing jerseys and caps based on those of the 1982 Milwaukee Brewers.  Fans may play catch on the field before the game.  There is also a post-game autograph session with the players.  Additionally, Time Warner Cable subscribers may bring in their bill and receive up to four half priced reserve seat tickets.

  • MONDAY, MAY 24 at 12:05pm; Qdoba Q*Monday: Fans receive a free ticket to any Monday home game when they purchase a lunch entrée at the Qdoba by the Fox River Mall on Monday.
