The IronPigs open their 2015 regular season at Coca-Cola Park on Thursday, April 9 against the Pawtucket Red Sox at 7:05 p.m. As part of the Opening Day festivities, the first 3,000 adults 18 and older will also receive a commemorative 2015 Opening Day cap courtesy of Service Electric Cable TV & Communications. Many additional Opening Night festivities are currently being planned and will be announced later this winter. Fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets today to enjoy the best Field Level seating location. The IronPigs averaged 9,042 fans per game last season which includes 24 consecutive sellouts to conclude the season. The club remains the only team in all of Minor League Baseball to surpass 600,000 fans in each of the last seven seasons.
