Sherman Receives The Keys To The New Sherman Mobile

Salisbury, MD-The Delmarva Shorebirds, Class "A" Affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, in connection with partner Sherwood of Salisbury, are excited to announce and debut the new Sherwood Sherman Mobile, Sherman the Shorebirds official mascot vehicle.

Sherman received the keys to the Ford F150 Lariat on December 1^st, 2014 at the Sherwood of Salisbury dealership from Marketing Manager Taylor Pearson. The new Sherman mobile is used in game and season for the Sherwood Ride Around, and around the community to transport Sherman & Shorebirds staff to the various community events the Shorebirds participate in throughout the year.

"We are excited to debut the new Sherman Mobile for the Holiday Season, and as we prepare for our exciting 20^th Anniversary Season," said Chris Bitters, General Manager of the Delmarva Shorebirds. "We continue to value the partnership we have with Sherwood of Salisbury in the local community. Sherman is ready to ride around town in his new truck."

The new Sherman Mobile will be able to be seen at the following local Christmas parades:

 

Thursday December 4^th: Georgetown Christmas Parade

Friday December 5^th: Crisfield Christmas Parade

Saturday December 6^th: Ocean City Christmas Parade

Saturday December 6^th: Seaford Christmas Parade

Sunday December 7^th: Salisbury Christmas Parade

Monday December 8^th: Snow Hill Christmas Parade
