Aces Announce Ice Rink Event Schedule

RENO, Nev. - The Reno Aces downtown ice rink and Freight House District released a four-event schedule through mid-January the team announced today. The events will be in addition to the current seven days per week ice rink schedule that can be found here.

Below is an overview of the event schedule:

Sunday, December 21 - "Skate with Santa"

* 10:00 a.m. - Noon

* Take your picture with Santa with purchase of skate session admission

Sunday, December 28 - "Princess Day"

* 10:00 a.m. - Noon

* Take your picture with Anna and Elsa with purchase of skate session admission

Wednesday, December 31 - Reno Aces "Rockin' on the Rink New Years Eve Party"

* 8:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. 

* Event is open to all ages

* Sparkling cider & champagne toast at midnight

* DJ at the Freight House District

* Extended ice rink hours until 12:30 a.m.

* Duffy's Ale House food and drink specials  

Sunday, January 4 - "Skate with Archie"

* 10:00 a.m. - Noon

* Take the ice with your favorite mascot, Archie!
