Manatees Featured in Minor League Website's Top Ten

The Brevard County Manatees hold one of the top promotional nights

Each week Minor League Baseball names the top ten promotions of the upcoming week. For the second time this season, the Manatees have earned the spot of top promotion. On Wednesday, July 12th, Brevard County held "Dress Like A Pirate Night" at Space Coast Stadium. The stands were filled with captain hooks and lovely wenches as fans took home great prizes for the best costume. The entire Manatees staff were even donned as the crew from Pirates of the Caribbean. In addition, Wednesday Night was Dog On Us in which every kid 12 and under received two free hot dogs upon boarding the ship at Space Coast Stadium.

The first honor this season came when MILB named Cowbell Giveaway Night, which was held earlier this season, as the weekly top promotion. The Manatees return home for SCCU's 2-4-2sday on July 18th beginning at 7:00 p.m. Fans can take advantage of 2-4-1 tickets and select concession items on this night.
