Back to Back Wins for the Raptors
The Ogden Raptors won a close game on Thursday night against Helena. They built on that win with a 6-3 victory over the Missoula Osprey to begin a three game series.
Raptors pitching controlled the second half of the game. Chales Dasni, Paul Coleman, and Garrett White combined to not give up a hit after the 4th inning.
Dasni (2-2) picked up the victory after striking out seven batters in six innings of work. White (1) notched the save with a perfect 9th.
The Raptors got off to an early lead when Jesus Soto hit a solo home run in the 1st. Missoula tied it in the top of the 2nd at 1-1, but the Raptors took the lead again.
Tommy Giles and Jeremy Brown scored in the bottom of the 2nd on John Martin and Ryan Rogowski singles.
Ogden scored three more runs in the 4th with the game tied to take the lead for good.
The same two teams will play Saturday night at Lindquist Field at 7:05. FREE General Admission tickets are available at local America First Credit Union branches.
