Residence: Slaughter, La.
Birthdate: April 15, 1978

Favorite artist/band: Hank Williams, Jr., Merle Haggard and Johnny Cash. Those are the go-to three guys for karaoke.

Favorite meal: Appetizer is calamari and a salad. For an entrée, red beans and rice with smoked sausage and corn bread. The real corn bread, that doesn't have the sugar. Dessert black berry cobbler, banana pudding and just about anything with chocolate in it.

Favorite athlete in another sport: Brett Favre

Something people don't know about me: I read a lot, mostly books on the teachings of the Bible. I have been reading over the past couple years , mostly Thomas Watson, who is a Puritan from the 1500-1600s and John MacArthur and Martin Lloyd Jones.

If you could play baseball in any other era: I would say the 1950s. It just seemed like people looked at baseball differently and the stands were completely full. Gentlemen dressed in suits, women in dresses. There weren't a whole lot of rules and regulations. It was just if you were better than the next guy, you were the one that was going to play. It just seemed like they were just kids out there. They were playing hard. I think it would have been fun.

Hobbies: I don't have any weird hobbies, but I live out on a farm, so my hobbies there are raising chickens. I have some cows. In the future I hope to get a couple of goats out there too. I used to collect baseball cards as a hobby, but I don't do that anymore. I read.

Talent I would most like to have: Be able to play the banjo. I mean to the fullest!

Three inventions you consider to be ingenious: The wheel, the oven, and the tractor.

Favorite movies: Any Rambo movies, any with Eddie Murray and the Rocky movies.

Phrase that should be banned from the future: When people say, "You know what I mean." Because I don't know what you mean, that's why you are telling me.

Superstitions: Not to have superstitions.

Bucket list: I would like to sky dive. When we went to Colorado and Utah (on a recent road trip), I got inspired to climb mountains. I would like to climb mountains. I would like to climb mountains in Europe, that way I kill two birds with one stone. And travel. I want to go to Ireland because that is where my family is from.

Favorite team or a team you follow: I would have to say because of my brother-in-aw and cousins, I do follow the Saints. They are die-hard which has made me become a Saints fan, so I would say that is the team I watch the most of and know the most about. For some reason, I also like the Buffalo Bills. They went to the Super Bowl four years in a row.

Words or mannerisms you constantly find yourself using: I always use my hands when I talk.

Most prized possession: My family. I have such a close family and we just love each other, you can just feel it when we are together. That means the most to me.

Famous or notable relative: Roy Corcoran (brother who pitches for the Round Rock Express).
