Rome Braves High School Invitational & College Exhibition

The Rome Braves announce that the Fourth Annual Rome Braves High School Invitational at State Mutual Stadium will begin on March 19th. In addition to the yearly high school showcase, the Rome Braves have added three local collegiate matchups to the schedule featuring Berry College, Shorter University, and Georgia Highlands College.

This year's High School Invitational will be played on Thursday March 19^th and Saturday March 21^st. March 19^th will feature Coosa High School and Cartersville High School at 6pm. Then on March 21^st the Braves will host three games beginning at 11am with Model High School & Excel Christian Academy followed by Pepperell High School vs Darlington School at 2:30pm and Armuchee High School vs Rome High School capping the event at 6pm. Gates will open one hour prior to the first game played.

Then on March 25^th the Rome Braves will host their first collegiate game of the year featuring Berry College & Emory University. Shorter University will take on Emmanuel College on April 21^st at State Mutual Stadium and Georgia Highlands and WGTC go head to head to wrap of the series on April 28^th. All collegiate games will begin at 6pm with gates opening one hour prior to game time. 

Tickets for all High School Invitational and College Exhibition games are priced at $5 per person with general admission style seating and are now on sale. They are available at the State Mutual Stadium box office, online and through each school's baseball program. A portion of the proceeds from the school sponsored ticket sales will go back to the school's baseball program.
