New staffers bring wealth of talent to Lake Elsinore
February 3, 2015

LAKE ELSINORE, CA - The Lake Elsinore Storm have made five new hires in advance of the 2015 season, adding to a diverse front office that combines experience, youthful energy, creativity and business acumen. They are:

Tagg Bozied - Director of Marketing

Tagg, a third-round pick of the San Diego Padres in 2001 and a former Storm, joins the franchise just three years removed from his days as a player. Born in South Dakota and raised in Colorado, Tagg's 11-year playing career saw him play for eight teams across three countries. Those experiences were a crash course in the business of Minor League Baseball, and he brings that knowledge and more to the Storm staff. The founder of Advertype.com, a mobile ad platform for live events venues, Tagg will oversee the club's marketing and digital media efforts.

Cutter Chanley - Business Development Executive

Cutter has signed on for his first year in the baseball industry, but this lifelong Riverside County native is no stranger to working in sports. A former Vice President for LA Fitness, Cutter will handle Business Development as part of the Storm sales team. "I love all sports, but I especially enjoy sports that require teamwork," Cutter commented. "That's the biggest reason why I'm grateful to join the Storm."

Andres Pagan - Assistant Director of Finance

Andres, like Tagg, is a former Storm player who has returned to Lake Elsinore as a member of the staff. The Yauco, Puerto Rico product spent seven years in the Minor Leagues before getting his bachelor's degree in Accounting and Math from the University of Puerto Rico. According to Andres, his favorite part about working for the Storm is that "although I'm no longer a catcher, I still get to work behind home plate."

Tanner Grabianowski - Assistant Director of Ticketing

Tanner joins the Storm after a two-year stint with the Grand Junction Rockies as a tickets and stadium operations intern. The Parker, CO native graduated with a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business from Colorado Mesa University. "With my prior experience in the industry, I knew I wanted to stay in baseball," Tanner said about his opportunity with Lake Elsinore. "As soon as I got [to The Diamond], I knew this was the right place for me."

Tommy Pompo - Assistant Director of Merchandising

A San Diegan from birth, Tommy will man the Storm Team Store alongside longtime Director of Merchandising Donna Grunow. He recently graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Political Science and Italian. "As a lifelong Padres fan, I'm really excited to be working for the Storm," Tommy commented. "I love coming to the ballpark everyday and being around the sport I love."
