Barons, iHeartMedia Partner for 2015 Season

Games available on 105.5 WERC-FM, 960 WERC-AM, online at WERCFM.com and via the iHeartRadio Smartphone Application

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Birmingham Barons and iHeartMedia are continuing their partnership in 2015 to offer fans unprecedented access to Birmingham baseball as all 140 regular season and every postseason game can be heard exclusively on News Radio 105.5 WERC-FM. The games simulcast live on 960 WERC-AM and on the WERC website at www.wercfm.com.

Barons' fans can also listen on the go using their Smartphone to access the "iHeartRadio" application. The app is free to download and allows listeners to tune in to their favorite radio stations from all over the country.

"We are happy to continue our partnership with News Radio 105.5 WERC and excited to be a part of the iHeartMedia family," said Barons General Manager Jonathan Nelson. "This marks the fourth season WERC has provided Barons fans, sponsors and supporters a quality way to follow every Barons game on the radio, Internet and through the iHeartRadio app."

Each broadcast begins with a 10 minute pre-game show and features Curt Bloom, who returns for his 24th season behind the microphone as the voice of the Barons.
