Details of 7th Annual Reckless Kelly Celebrity Softball Jam Announced
On Sunday, May 31 at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, TX, an all-star lineup of musicians, professional athletes and celebrities, led by brothers Willy and Cody Braun of Reckless Kelly, will test their skills on the ballfield with nine innings of "fun-filled, athleticism-optional" softball at this year's Celebrity Softball Jam.
After the game, fans will be invited on to the outfield for a family-friendly concert featuring more than 20 acts performing on 2 stages. Artists confirmed so far for this year's concert include Kyle Park, Cody Canada & The Departed, Charlie Robison, Shinyribs, Kelly Mickwee, Midnight River Choir, George Devore, and The Peterson Brothers, with major headlining artists TBA closer to the date.
Proceeds from the event will go towards Reckless Kelly's ongoing efforts to support youth sports programs in Central Texas, including field renovations and other partnerships with MLB's Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities program (RBI), The Miracle League and several other baseball and softball leagues around Austin.

Now in its seventh year, the Reckless Kelly Celebrity Softball Jam was created as a way for the band to bring together their friends from the worlds of music and sports to benefit Austin's youth. Since it began, the event has raised over $300,000 for youth sports programs, including a $150,000 renovation of Mabson Field in East Austin.
