150th Anniversary of Baseball in South Bend

Celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Baseball in our community and Father's Day at the Cove on June 20th when the Silver Hawks take on the Fort Wayne TinCaps at 2:00 p.m. (gates open at 12:00 p.m.). The 150th Anniversary of Baseball celebration is presented by the South Bend Tribune and the Silver Hawks will be wearing old-time uniforms, sponsored by the South Bend Farmers Market.

Stop by the South Bend Farmers Market to purchase tickets to the game. Tickets are also available online, at the Silver Hawks box office and over the phone at 574-235-9988.

Plan to come out to the Cove early as the gates open at noon for a free concert in the Budweiser Bullpen. Delusions of Granger will perform from noon until 1:45. In honor of Father's Day, the first 100 Dads will receive a $25 Mike's card from Mike's Car Wash.

Following the game, families are invited down to the field for the Post Game Run the Bases and Catch in the Outfield.
