Harrisburg Senators Release Full Promotional Schedule

HARRISBURG, PA (February 26, 2015) - Yesterday the Harrisburg Senators made big news when the new managing partner, Mark Butler, announced a Hersheypark ticket giveaway. Today the Senators announce the remainder of their 2015 promotional schedule. Once again the Cowboy Monkey Rodeo is in Harrisburg along with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

Leading the promo schedule this year, as announced yesterday, the Senators will be giving away FREE HERSHEYPARK ONE DAY ADMISSION TICKETS to the first 2,000 children 12-and-under who enter the park on Saturday, April 11th and the first 1,000 children on Sunday, May 10th. All Hersheypark tickets distributed will be valid through June 30, 2015.  

This year there are 14 post-game fireworks shows which include every Friday night, Opening Night, May 24th, and Saturday July 25th. There are 18 games with a giveaway including the two Hersheypark pass giveaway games. Don't forget to mark July 25th on your calendar as the Senators are giving away a Bryce Harper "Mayfly" snow globe to the first 1,000 fans.

Did you mention under your breath about bobbleheads? Of course we have a bobblehead giveaway. Actually, we have four of them! Anthony Rendon on May 9th, Michael Taylor on June 14th, a Star Wars two-sided bobblehead on July 11, and Steven Souza, Jr. on August 22nd. All of the bobblehead giveaways are for the first 1,000 fans, all ages, through the gate.

Wondering about special appearances this year? We have a few of those too with the Cowboy Monkey Rodeo leading the way with two appearances, June 18th and July 23rd. The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are at Metro Bank Park for a third straight year, on August 4th. Just one night later, Bill Buckner stops by to greet fans as part of the annual Principal Financial Dreams Tour. The Washington Nationals' Racing Presidents make two appearances on back-to-back nights, August 14th and 15th. The last 30-game winner in the big leagues, Denny McLain, makes an appearance on June 12th. 

National touring entertainers Bucket Ruckus, Birdzerk!, and ZOOperstars! also make appearances this year at Metro Bank Park. Bucket Ruckus is appearing May 9th and 10th and June 27th and 28th. Birdzerk! is on May 23rd with the ZOOperstars! on May 24th.

Another night to highlight on your calendar is the Senators annual Paint the Park Pink Night which is Saturday, August 15th. Pink Night is filled with a survivor ribbon on the field pre-game, Pink Jerseys worn by the players, an Adult Jersey giveaway and more. July 26th is Blue Sunday, Prostate Awareness Day, with different activities bringing awareness to this cancer and a Youth Jersey giveaway. The Senators have done a military appreciation night in the past, but never before like this year. On Saturday, June 13th the Senators will be recognizing military members and veterans with a card set giveaway, and more. Come out and support the troops on June 13th.

Each day of the week this year represents a different daily promotion. Sunday is Rite Aid Wellness Plus Family Day. Monday is Military Monday presented by WHP 580. Tuesday is Karns Max Saver Tuesday. Wednesday is Wet Nose Wednesday (all Wednesday night games this year your dog is welcome to enjoy the game). Thursday is Thirsty Thursday presented by Coors Light with $2 Coors Light drafts on the boardwalk and new this year, donate clothing on Thursday nights and receive free parking. Every Friday night is a post-game fireworks show. Lastly, every Saturday this year features a giveaway.

DAILY PROMOTIONS
There are seven daily promotions throughout the 2015 season.
Sunday is Rite Aid Wellness Plus Family Day. Pre-Game Catch on the Field and Post-Game Kids run the Bases (Most Sundays).

Military Monday presented by WHP 580 with Half-Price tickets, excluding club seats, for military members and their families purchased the night of the game.

Karns Foods Max Saver Tuesday presented by Karns with a 2 for 1 ticket deal with Karns receipt (excludes all you can eat seats).

Wet Nose Wednesday which means you can bring your dog to the park.

Thirsty Thursday presented by Coors Light with$2 Coors Light Drafts. Also free Parking with Clothing Donation presented by Community Aid.
