Lugnuts tickets on sale now!

LANSING, Mich. - Lansing Lugnuts single game tickets are now available for purchase, presenting fans with their first chance to buy tickets to individual games at the renovated Cooley Law School Stadium.

The national pastime returns on Thursday, April 9, with the Lansing Lugnuts hosting the Michigan State Spartans in the Crosstown Showdown presented by Auto-Owner's Insurance. The game is a Labatt Thirsty Thursday, featuring $2 beers and sodas, and the first 2,000 fans in attendance receiving a special commemorative giveaway.

The Lugs officially open their 20th season in Michigan's state capital on Friday, April 10, hosting the Lake County Captains on Opening Night. The cost of a ticket is just $5.50, commemorating the 1996 inaugural season prices.

Freebie Fridays return in 2015! Enjoy five "Flat Screen Fridays" presented by Auto-Owners - each night offering eight opportunities to win a flat screen TV - scheduled for May 22, June 5, June 26, July 24 and Sept. 4. "Kids Eat Free" on May 1 and June 19; "Military Eat Free" on July 17; and "Seniors Eat Free" on Aug. 21.

Mark your calendar and ready your appetite for Eat-A-Palooza presented by Gordon Food Service, including admission and all-you-can-eat food for just $20 on May 23 and September 1.

If you're in the mood for hot dogs specifically, partake in Dime Dog Cookouts on May 25 and July 5, featuring 10-cent hot dogs!

Revel in 18 LAFCU Fireworks Spectaculars this season, starting Friday, May 1, and including "Glow-Nuts Night" on May 2; "Star Wars Night" on June 6; "Girl Scout Night" on June 19; "Christian Family Night" on June 20 and August 21; Independence Day on July 4; "Salute to Service Night" on July 17; "Jimmy Buffett Tribute Night" on July 24; "Pure Michigan Night" on July 25; and "Lugnut Charities Night" presented by Dan Henry Distributing (with the annual Jersey Silent Auction benefitting the Capital Area United Way) on August 22.

Starting with the Crosstown Showdown, the popular Labatt Thirsty Thursday not only features $2 beer and soda specials, but a Country Party on June 25, a Beach Party on July 16, a '70s Party on July 23, an '80s party on Aug. 6; a '90s party on Aug. 20; and a Tailgate Party on Sept. 3.

Every Sunday is a Kids Day, presented by Delta Dental: Kids Play Catch on the Field before the game and Kids Run the Bases after the game.
