June 23, 2010
Click here to bid on game worn jerseys from the 2010 South Atlantic League All-Star Game

You can now own a piece of the 51st Annual South Atlantic League All-Star Game by bidding on a game-worn jersey. Every jersey from every player is now available for bidding on eBay.

The bidding will last one week, with all of the proceeds benefitting Drive Charities. All jerseys will begin at $150.

Each player wore the jersey of their Major League parent club, that featured their own team's patch on one sleeve, and the 2010 SAL All-Star Game logo patch on the other. The Northern Division wore the road jersey of their parent club, while the Southern Division wore the home jersey of their parent club.

It's your chance to own a game-worn Major League jersey before the players reach the big time.

The South Atlantic League boasts a very impressive resume when it comes to alumni that have had long, illustraeous careers in the Major Leagues. So it's pretty much a sure thing that several of the participants in Tuesday's All-Star Game at Fluor Field will follow that same path.

Most recently the South Atlantic League can claim Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard, Atlanta Braves outfielder Jason Heyward, San Francisco Giants third baseman Pablo Sandoval, Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Andrew McCutchen, and Detroit Tigers outfielder Austin Jackson as All-Stars during their time in the Sally League.

Here is the full list of the teams that make-up the Northern and Southern Divisions, and who are their respective parent clubs:
