"Club 93" at the Carolinas HealthCare System Home Run Porch

The Charlotte Knights recently introduced a new way for fans to enjoy games at BB&T Ballpark this season. Fans can now take advantage of a new seating area in the ballpark called "Club 93" at the Carolinas HealthCare System Home Run Porch. The new section will feature 93 fixed seats that span the entire front row of the right field Home Run Porch at BB&T Ballpark.

Individuals with a reserved "Club 93" seat will also have exclusive access to BB&T Ballpark's two premier indoor club areas, the Budweiser Home Plate Club and Diamonds Direct Luxury Lounge. Tickets are available on a single-game basis for $20 when purchased in advance, and $22 the day of the game.

"Club 93" pays homage to the Charlotte Knights' 1993 team that claimed the International League's Governors' Cup Championship in the team's first year in Triple-A. The team featured future big-league stars Jim Thome, Manny Ramirez, Mark Lewis, and former Charlotte Hornets player Charlie Manuel. The team won a franchise record 86 games that season and Thome was named the International League's Most Valuable Player.

The Club 93 seats in the front row of the Carolinas HealthCare System Home Run Porch are the newest premium seating area at BB&T Ballpark. The front row vantage point down the rightfield line offers a unique perspective similar to the Monster Seats atop Boston's Fenway Park. Club 93 seat holders have access to both the Diamonds Direct Luxury Lounge on the Upper Level and the Budweiser Home Plate Club on the lower level. The area behind the Club 93 is a premium standing room only section that abuts up to the Miller Lite Rooftop Party Deck. It tends to skew toward fans of legal drinking age, so it may not be as much of a kid-friendly environment as the lower level of BB&T Ballpark.
