BayBears Rain & Never Wasted Ticket Policy

Mobile is a rainy city and the BayBears staff understands that. They also understand how frustrating it can be to try and plan out your evening only to show up to the ballpark and have a game be postponed.

Due to the strict travel schedule of all Southern League teams, it is each home team's responsibility to make every effort to play each game as scheduled. As a result, no game will be postponed or cancelled in advance of pre-game activities.

In the event that inclement weather prevents a scheduled game from being played, the BayBears staff will announce that information through their website, MobileBayBears.com and on their social media sites using Facebook and Twitter with the Twitter handle, @Mobile_BayBears

Remember, if you decide not to come to a game due to questionable weather but it is played as scheduled or if you have tickets to a game that is postponed, both scenarios allow you to utilize the BayBears' Never Wasted Ticket Policy.

  1. The ticket exchange policy for 2015:
    1. If you are unable to use your seats for any reason, you may exchange your tickets for equal value to any other 2015 home game.  You may still exchange your unused tickets after the date on the ticket.
    2. All exchanges will receive FACE VALUE, subject to availability.
    3. Any combination of unused tickets may be used together for a group night in 2015.
    4. At the conclusion of the 2015 regular season, your tickets will become null and void. This means they are not exchangeable for future seasons.
       
  2. Remember, we are able to do exchanges over the phone! All you have to do is call and we'll put your tickets in will call.
    1. Due to our TicketReturn ticketing system, each ticket will come with a bar code and transaction number printed directly on it. These numbers allow our staff the ability to exchange tickets over the phone without season seat members ever having to come down to the stadium. We highly recommend that every season ticket holder use the call-ahead method of exchanging for their convenience.
    2. Just call 251-479-2327
       
  3. We hold the right to decline any exchanges at the box office from the time gates open until first pitch.
     
  4. In the event of a RAIN-OUT (less than 4 ½ innings played)…you will receive face value for your ticket to any other game, including Fridays and Saturdays.
    1. If the game is cancelled after the 5th inning, your ticket is not exchangeable.
