Cubs Announce $2 Tickets for Tuesday's Game
SOUTH BEND, Ind. (April 18, 2015) - The South Bend Cubs announce that fans can catch next Tuesday's game against the Lake County Captains with game tickets that are the lowest they will be all season. The special pricing is part of a new addition to the team's 2015 promotions roster, Two-Dollar Tuesdays. For the first promotion on Tuesday, April 21, all regular priced tickets to the game are only $2. The first pitch for Tuesday night's game is at 7:05.
"We truly believe we have the greatest fan base in the minor leagues," said Joe Hart, President of the South Bend Cubs. "This is just one way that we can show our appreciation for all the support they give to our team. At the same time, we understand that not everyone has an opportunity to make it to the ballpark during the summer. By lowering the price on one thing every Tuesday night, we hope it encourages them to come give us a try."
Other Two-Dollar promotions during the summer include $2 beers (May 5), $2 Fun Zone tickets (June 16), $2 hot dogs (June 30), $2 Wing-it and Wing tennis ball bags (July 7), $2 parking (July 21), $2 beverages (August 4), and the second $2 game tickets night (August 18).
