Iowa rained out Sunday at Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (April 26, 2015) - With inclement weather and cold temperatures expected throughout the day in Colorado Springs, Sunday's 2:35 PM game between the Iowa Cubs and Colorado Springs Sky Sox has been postponed and rescheduled as part of a doubleheader on Monday, April 27. First pitch of game one is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. CT, with game two to follow.

 

This is the fourth I-Cubs rainout in the first 18 days of the 2015 season, and third on the road.

 

Left-hander Tsuyoshi Wada (0-1, 2.70) is the scheduled starter for game one for Iowa. It will be Wada's third start on his major league rehab assignment. Right-hander Donn Roach (1-0, 2.60) is slated to take the hill for game two.
