Danville's Jon Owings hit a solo shot in the third and Larry Williams, who went 4-for-4 during a 12-5 win in the opener, added an RBI double in the sixth.

Starter Kyle Cofield (2-3) picked up the win after giving up a run on three hits and three walks with two strikeouts in five innings.

Steven Singleton smacked a two-run triple and Danny Santiesteban collected two hits for the Twins (38-20).
