Bats host game Monday, doubleheader Tuesday

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Louisville Bats will host the Indianapolis Indians at Louisville Slugger Field Monday evening at 6:35 p.m. and for a Tuesday at 11:05 a.m. for a doubleheader. The doubleheader Tuesday comes as a result of the teams' rainout on Sunday, April 19 in Louisville.

The Bats enter Monday 6-10 and in 4th place in the International League West, 3.5 games behind the division leading Columbus Clippers. Infielder Irving Falú is sixth in the IL with his .364 average and infielder Iván De Jesús is eighth at .345. Outfielder Ryan LaMarre made his first appearances of the year this past weekend in Columbus and went 3-for-6 with a home run. Starter Jon Moscot, scheduled to pitch the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader, is 2-0 with a 1.54 ERA. Moscot is currently ranked as the Reds' No. 14 prospect by MLB.com.

The Bats have averaged 8,912 fans per game at Louisville Slugger Field since its opening in 2000 and have totaled over 9.4 million fans through 15 seasons.
