Manuel, Watkins on Team McCoy June 13

The LeSean McCoy Foundation and Rochester Red Wings have announced the third annual LeSean McCoy Celebrity Softball game will be held at Frontier Field on Saturday, June 13 at 7 p.m. A fireworks show will follow the game, presented by Bud Light.

McCoy and his new Buffalo Bills teammates, along with other NFL players and celebrities, will take on a team of local heroes comprised of police and firefighters.

A home run derby will take place at 6 p.m. with gates opening at 5 p.m.

A limited number of suites will be available for this event. A 16-person suite including food and non-alcoholic beverages will be $750. Fans purchasing these suites can buy additional tickets (up to four) at $25 each. A 10-person suite with the same amenities is $600 and additional tickets (up to two) can be purchased for $25 each.

Proceeds from the event will be directed to the LeSean McCoy Foundation to raise funds and awareness for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Maryann Branch, LeSean's grandmother, succumbed to ALS in 2010. LeSean made a commitment to his grandfather in the weeks preceding his grandmother's death to utilize his professional football platform to raise awareness, advocacy and funds to eradicate ALS. The invariably fatal neurodegenerative disease strikes as many as 30,000 Americans at any given time. The fight to eradicate ALS is extremely important to LeSean and serves as one of the founding purposes of Shades of Greatness, Inc.

Tickets to this charity event are considered a non-refundable donation to the LeSean McCoy Foundation. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather if the event cannot take place.
