FIFTH THIRD BANK JERSEY DESIGN ONLINE VOTE OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Fifth Third Bank Jersey Design Online Vote ("online vote") is sponsored by Fifth Third Bank, located at 251 N. Illinois Rd. Suite 1400, Indianapolis, IN and the Fort Wayne TinCaps located at Parkview Field, 1301 Ewing Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 (each a "Sponsor," collectively "Sponsors"). The online vote offers fans to select the design of the jersey the players will wear on "Stand Up To Cancer Day" on Sunday, August 2, 2015. Fans will be directed to visit www.tincaps.com and cast a vote for which jersey design they would like to see the team wear on "Stand Up To Cancer Day". The jersey design that collects the most votes will be the one the TinCaps' wear on "Stand Up To Cancer Day". In addition, the players' game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off to attendees on "Stand Up To Cancer Day" on August 2, 2015 with proceeds from auction going to Stand Up To Cancer. The online vote shall begin on May 22, 2015 and end on May 29, 2015. For specific finalist "Registration Periods" (as defined below), see the chart in rule #3.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Online vote is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before the start of the Online Vote Period. Persons younger than eighteen (18) years of age may submit an online vote only with the consent of such minor person's parent or legal guardian, as set forth in paragraph 4 of these Official Rules. For purposes of this online vote, the term "entrant" shall mean the person casting their vote for the jersey design they choose. THIS ONLINE VOTE IS VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED AND IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS.
3. WHEN TO VOTE: The online fan vote will begin at 12:00 a.m. ET on May 22, 2015 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on May 29, 2015. See chart in rule #3. To be eligible, all votes must be received by the end of the Registration Period. Sponsor's database clock shall be the official timekeeping device for this Online Vote.

4. HOW TO VOTE: The winning jersey design will be determined via online fan vote on www.tincaps.com. Online voting runs from May 22, 2015 to May 29, 2015. Fans may also vote by direct email to [email protected] or handed in directly to TinCaps Front Office staff at 1301 Ewing Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. Voting is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before the start of the Registration Period. Persons younger than eighteen (18) years of age may enter vote only with the consent of such minor person's parent or legal guardian and TinCaps will accept vote as consent from minor person's parent or legal guardian.
Multiple entries are permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, postage-due or misdirected mail or entries, or incomplete, late or lost entries due to data or computer glitches. Data rates may apply to entries submitted via mobile site.
5. SELECTING WINNING DESIGN
a. The jersey design that receives the most online votes during the Registration Period will be the winner and worn by the TinCaps on "Stand Up To Cancer Day" on August 2, 2015.
6. GENERAL RULES: The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses or injury(ies) resulting from any entrant's participation in this online vote. Acceptance of a jersey design constitutes, except where prohibited by law: (i) permission by Sponsors to use designers' names and likenesses in any form of media for publicity purposes without further compensation; and (ii) an express and absolute release of the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, demands, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries - including but not limited to paralysis and/or death, damages or losses of any or all kinds whatsoever to persons and/or property which may be sustained in connection with any winner's and/or winner's guest's participation in this online vote and such person's or persons' receipt, acceptance, ownership and/or use or misuse of any prize(s) awarded or while preparing for, participating in, attending and/or traveling to or from any prize-related activity. By participating in this online vote, each entrant accepts and agrees to be absolutely bound by these official rules and by all decisions of the judges, which shall be final. By this entering online vote, each non-minor entrant acknowledges that he/she may receive information on Fort Wayne TinCaps news, promotions and tickets.
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to enter the online vote, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this online vote or downloading any materials in this online vote. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this online vote should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the online vote. In such case, Sponsor may select the jersey design prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the online vote or web site. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Online Vote if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the online vote by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, nominees or Sponsor representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE ONLINE VOTE MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
