May 8, 2015

FRISCO, TX- The Frisco RoughRiders, the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, today announced that Friday's 7:05 p.m. game at Dr Pepper Ballpark against the San Antonio Missions (San Diego Padres' affiliate) is completely sold out. For the first time in the 13-year history of the franchise, every ticket for all available fixed seats, hospitality areas, suites, grass berm and standing room locations has been completely purchased in advance of game day.

"This is a remarkable milestone and a wonderful indication of how our community is embracing the new and improved Frisco RoughRiders and Dr Pepper Ballpark experience," said RoughRiders CEO and General Partner Chuck Greenberg.

The RoughRiders made this announcement in advance as a service to fans.

"Due to the tremendous response to Friday's game from our valued season ticket holders, suite holders, groups and individuals who collectively purchased every seat in the ballpark, it was important for us to make the announcement in advance to avoid any disappointed customers at our Box Office and to provide those fortunate enough to hold a ticket to the game with prior notice to come early, get settled and enjoy one of the best evenings of entertainment in franchise history," said RoughRiders Executive Vice President & General Manager Jason Dambach.

Fans with Flex Ticket packages or customers interested in purchasing single-game tickets or group outings for any remaining 2015 RoughRiders home game are invited to stop by the Dr Pepper Ballpark Ticket Office in person, call (972) 731-9200, email [email protected] , or visit www.RidersBaseball.com.

Anyone holding a ticket to Friday's game will be treated to a fun night of promotional activities, highlighted by another spectacular post-game fireworks show presented by Sonoma Skin Works. Plus, all ladies in attendance will have the opportunity to sign up for a spot in the Post-Game Diamond Dig. 20 lucky ladies will line up and dig away, with one winner taking home a $1,000 prize.

After Friday's contest, the RoughRiders will next return to Dr Pepper Ballpark for a season-long eight-game homestand from Thursday, May 14 to Thursday, May 21. That eight-game stretch will be the first of 14 home dates in the span of 18 days through the end of the month of May.
