Bulls Take Down Rail Riders, 4-1
Moosic, PA --- Everett Teaford worked into the sixth inning, while Leonardo Reginatto delivered two of Durham's 10 hits as the Bulls squared the series with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre thanks to a 4-1 win on Friday night.
With the game tied 1-1 in the sixth, Durham (22-22) capitalized on three walks and two Rail Rider errors to garner a 3-1 advantage. Danny Burawa (L, 1-1) walked two of the first three hitters in the inning, then witnessed a double play thrown away by Rob Refsnyder to permit Allan Dykstra to score with the tie-breaking run. Leonardo Reginatto followed with a center of the infield grounder that shortstop Nick Noonan threw past first baseman Kyle Roller for an error to bring Luke Maile home for a 3-1 lead.
Jake Elmore doubled in Reginatto in the eighth with an insurance run.
