Sycamore Education Selected as OnDeck's Small Business of the Month

OMAHA, Neb. - Sycamore Education, an education technology company based in Fremont, Nebraska, has been selected as the "OnDeck Small Business of the Month." Sycamore Education was honored by the Omaha Storm Chasers this past Saturday prior to their game with the Reno Aces.

OnDeck launched the Small Business of the Month Award program in partnership with Minor League Baseball to recognize small businesses that are making a positive impact in their local communities. 

Sycamore Education's inception was in 1999, with a goal of providing affordable, online school management and student information systems for administrators, teachers, staff, students and parents. Sycamore is in 45 Omaha-area schools as well as 43 countries including the Phillipines, South Korea, China, Japan, Afghanistan, Iraq and Tajikistan.

Sycamore also offers four scholarships a year to high school seniors in Sycamore schools (two boys and two girls), who are looking to major in business, technology, or education at a college or trade school.
