Bulls Aim for Fifth Straight Win Tonight

The Durham Bulls (30-23) play the second game of their three-game set against the Charlotte Knights (29-22) Wednesday at the DBAP at 7:05 p.m. Tonight is Bark in the Park #2 presented by VCA Animal Hospital.

Entering tonight on a four-game winning streak, the Bulls send RHP Matt Buschmann (5-3, 2.77) to the mound. The right-hander is in the midst of a 13.0-inning scoreless streak, and ranks fourth in the league in strikeouts (52) and fifth in innings pitched (61.2).

Opposing Buschmann for Charlotte is RHP Chris Beck (3-2, 3.30), who is 3-1 over his last four starts. In his lone outing against the Bulls this season though, the 24-year-old allowed three runs over six innings to take the loss in 4-2 Durham win.
