San Jose Giants and Alliance Credit Union to Honor First Hometown Hero Monday Night at Municipal Stadium

Who/What:   On Monday, June 8, the San Jose Giants will host their first Hometown Hero ceremony of the 2015 season. During a pregame on-field ceremony Monday night, representatives from the San Jose Giants and Alliance Credit Union will honor Hannah Crocker as the inaugural 2015 Hometown Hero, presented by Alliance Credit Union. Hannah will be joined by Chrissy Hansen, the woman who nominated Hannah for her efforts as a nurse at El Camino Hospital. Hannah tended to Chrissy's mother as she battled cancer and has continued to be a constant presence in her life even after her mom lost her fight. Hannah is an inspiration for the community and it will be a tremendous honor to host both her and Chrissy at the ballpark tomorrow.
