Registration still open for Miracle Baseball Camps

FORT MYERS, Fla. (June 12, 2015) - The Fort Myers Miracle will be hosting two, three-day baseball camps presented by Rock Star Seedz at Hammond Stadium at the CenturyLink Sports Complex. The 2015 Miracle Baseball Camp I will take place Tuesday, June 16 through Thursday, June 18 for children ages 6-8 and Camp II will be held Monday, July 27 to Wednesday, July 29 for children ages 9-12.

The camps begin at 9 a.m. and last until 12 p.m. and includes a t-shirt, Miracle gift, breakfast snack and lunch each day, a photo with a Miracle player, a camp completion certificate and one box seat ticket to the Miracle game each night of camp. The camp fee is $99 per camper.

Participants will receive top-rate instruction from the Miracle coaching staff and players. The camp features multiple stations for practicing skills and drills with players working with campers on baseball fundamentals.

On the last day, the campers will be featured as the Sports Authority Baseball Buddies and take the field with the Miracle during the announcement of the evening's starting lineups.

The Fort Myers Miracle are the Class A Advanced minor league baseball affiliate of the Minnesota Twins Major League Baseball club. Since moving to Fort Myers in 1992, the Miracle have qualified for the Florida State League Playoffs eight times and won the Florida State League Championship in 2014. Home games are played at Hammond Stadium at the CenturyLink Sports Complex. The Fort Myers Miracle season begins in April and ends in September.
