Ripken Stadium to host fright fest
"The 13th Inning at Ripken Stadium" is a "haunted attraction" featuring live actors and will be staged and performed by the Bates Productions Company, the owners and operators of the Bates Motel in Philadelphia.
Bates Productions invite you to run through three bloodcurdling attractions as you come face to face with homicidal umpire Earl Hebner, who is jealous over being snubbed for a shot at the majors; lose your sense of sight as you twist and turn in the darkness while the screams of hapless victims lead you to safety; and race through an eight foot high steel chain rat mat where mirrors and lights confuse you and murderous deformities chase at your heels. These and many more surprises await those who brave "the 13th Inning at Ripken Stadium."
"The 13th Inning at Ripken Stadium" will be held from October 13-15, 20-22 and 26-31 from 7:00-11:00 PM each night. Tickets are $11 if purchased by October 6 and $13 at the door the night of the event. The Ripken Stadium box office will be open one hour prior to the start of the event each night.
"We are excited to partner with Bates Productions on this event. We look forward to making 'the 13th Inning at Ripken Stadium' the best haunted attraction in Harford County and growing the event annually," said Jenn Ludwig, Director of Events at Ripken Stadium.
Ripken Stadium is home to the Aberdeen IronBirds minor league baseball team and over 200 events annually. For more information on "the 13th Inning at Ripken Stadium" or other events at Ripken Stadium call the Aberdeen IronBirds office at 410-297-9292.
