Columbus, Ohio -- Tyler Holt scored all three times he reached base to help lead the Columbus Clippers (48-41) to a 6-2 victory over the Indianapolis Indians (52-37) on Friday night. Holt singled twice and walked while Columbus starter Shaun Marcum (6-1) pitched seven strong innings to earn the victory.

Doubles by Keon Broxton and Willy Garcia helped give the Indians a 2-1 lead in the top of the third, but the Clippers erased that advantage on a two-run single by Brett Hayes in the bottom of the sixth. With the win, Columbus has narrowed Indianapolis' lead in the International League West Division to four games.
