Fisher Cats Walk-Up Songs

July 22, 2015

Walk-up songs in baseball add an element of personality and flare to the game that the ballplayer can control. Every ballplayer gets to choose their song and make it unique to them at each home game. This is a song that they listen to as they stride up to the plate for each at bat, while they sprint from the bullpen, or when they take the hill prior to a game.

We asked some of our Fisher Cats players what their current walk-up music is and why they picked their specific song. The time of wondering is now over, and the mystery is solved! So grab a pair of ear buds, and make a new playlist to jam out to!

Dwight Smith Jr: "No Flex Zone" by Rae Sremmurd

"It was a song that was popular in my hometown because they're from Atlanta. It was also my song last year. It was very popular last summer"
