CBS Sports Network Televising Thursday's Game
The Drive will take center stage in front of a national audience on Thursday night, as CBS Sports Network will be broadcasting their game against the Lexington Legends as part of the "Minor League Baseball Game of the Week" package.
Greenville natives know about the great environment at Fluor Field, the ever-evolving downtown and the outstanding lifestyle of the Upstate, and on Thursday night, a nationwide audience will learn all about it as well, as they get a glimpse into what makes Greenville one of the fastest-rising cities in the country.
In addition, baseball fans across the nation will get a glimpse of the talented young players on the Drive roster who one day look to suit up for the Red Sox at Fenway Park.
Fans who are headed to Fluor Field for the game, after you record the game on your DVR, be sure to take advantage of the Drive's Dollar Drink Night specials, featuring $1 Pepsi products at the concession stands and $1 PBRs in the Southern Tide 500 Club for those 21 and older.
The Drive encourage fans to show up early to fill up the seats for the television broadcast, and fans with tickets for box and reserved seats on Thursday who are in their seats before 7:00 will receive a complimentary red "Drive Pride" t-shirt. Fans with lawn and deck tickets for Thursday will not receive a shirt.
