Grasshoppers bring Moore into fold
A life-long native of Greensboro, Moore is a 2005 graduate of the Appalachian State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Music Industry Studies with a concentration in Music Management and a minor in Business Administration.
Before joining the Hoppers, Allison worked for Dick Broadcasting as the Sales Promotion Director for Rock 92 and 107.5 KZL.
"I am thrilled to be a new member of the Grasshopper's team," commented Moore. "I look forward to finding additional ways in which First Horizon Park can be used and enjoyed by our community."
Moore will specialize in developing and managing outside events at the First Horizon Park including concerts, corporate and community hospitality and the 2008 South Atlantic League All-Star Game.
"First Horizon Park is a spectacular venue for events and our intention is to maximize its use beyond the 70 Grasshoppers home games," said President Donald Moore. "We are pleased to have Allison aboard and confident she has the tools to greatly expand that area of our business."
The Grasshoppers are recent recipients of the South Atlantic League's Club Merit Award and General Manager of the Year for the second straight season. The Hoppers continue to grow attendance, as First Horizon Park welcomed 427,890 fans during the 2006 season. Season tickets are now on sale for the 2007 season.
