Salute the Garden State on August 27th

LAKEWOOD, NJ - The BlueClaws are ready to Salute the Garden State, jug-handles included! The team will host a celebration of New Jersey at their game on Thursday, August 27th against Hagerstown which starts at 7:05 pm.

Fans will be prohibited from making left turns approaching the FirstEnergy Park concession stands and jug-handles will be set up to accommodate the traffic, New Jersey style!

Salute the Garden State Night is presented by Barnabas Health.

In addition, BlueClaws players will be wearing "New Jersey, Jersey" which will be auctioned off (silent auction on the concourse) with proceeds to benefit BlueClaws Charities. Each jersey number corresponds to a Garden State Parkway exit, with numbers as high as 98 and as low as 4.

The BlueClaws will also hold a Salute to Pork Roll at the game including a Pork Roll Eating Contest. Music from New Jersey artists will be played throughout the night. There will be prize raffles to win special prizes that only a true New Jerseyan would love!

On-field promotions will also be New Jersey-themed to honor some of the great people and things to come out of the Garden State. 

The night also falls on a Thirsty Thursday (FanDuel) with dollar beer and soda plus 50-cent wings in the Coors Light WRAT Trap.
