Thursday's Riders game to air on Fox Sports SW
FRISCO, TEXAS (AUGUST 12, 2015) - Thursday's Frisco RoughRiders home game against the Tulsa Drillers (Los Angeles Dodgers affiliate) will be televised regionally on Fox Sports Southwest. The live telecast will be part of a two-game package highlighting the impressive talent throughout the Texas Rangers' farm system. Fox Sports Southwest will also air the RoughRiders' August 27 home game against the San Antonio Missions (San Diego Padres affiliate).
The broadcast on Thursday will air at 7 p.m. CDT and will be part of a baseball doubleheader on Fox Sports Southwest, as the Rangers will complete their series in Minnesota that day at 12:10 p.m. Alex Vispoli, the "Voice of the RoughRiders," will deliver the play-by-play of the game and will be joined on the broadcast by Anthony Andro and Mike Daly. Andro is the Rangers beat writer for Fox Sports Southwest and Daly is the Rangers' Senior Director of Player Development. Players from each Texas minor league affiliate will be showcased over the course of the telecast.

The pitching matchup slated for Thursday's game has Jose Leclerc (5-6, 5.20) pitching in tandem with Connor Sadzeck (2-1, 5.18 ERA); Tulsa will start Julio Urias (2-4, 3.36 ERA). Leclerc is in his first year as a starting pitcher and is rated among the Rangers' top 30 prospects by both Baseball America and MLB.com. Sadzeck will be making his third appearance for the RoughRiders after spending most of the season with the Advanced-A High Desert Mavericks. He is in his first year coming back from "Tommy John" surgery on his right elbow and regularly hit 97-98 miles per hour in his Double-A debut last week. The 18-year-old Urias is considered the Dodgers' top pitching prospect and one of the most exciting pitchers in all of Minor League Baseball.
