Bidding now open for Lugnuts Jersey Auction

August 17, 2015

LANSING, Mich. -- The Lansing Lugnuts are proud to open the bidding for the 2015 Lugnuts Jersey Auction, auctioning off the Lugnuts' game-worn home jerseys with all proceeds to support the Capital Area United Way.

Now in progress at www.32auctions.com/2015LansingLugnuts, fans may bid on the jerseys worn by such notables as manager Ken Huckaby and top prospects Anthony Alford, Rowdy Tellez and Conner Greene. Bids open at $120.00 for each jersey.

The top bids for each online auction at noon on Saturday, August 22, will open the bidding at an in-stadium silent auction on Lugnuts Charities Night, presented by Dan Henry Distributing at 7:05 p.m. against the Bowling Green Hot Rods.

Fans who are unable to attend Lugnuts Charities Night are encouraged to place the highest possible bid on their favorite jersey to give them their best chance to win.

At the conclusion of the live silent auction, the winning bidders will be announced and a post-game on-field ceremony will see the winners personally presented their jerseys by the members of the Lugnuts.

Following the game and the jersey ceremony, fans will be treated to a spectacular LAFCU Fireworks show.

Lansing is home August 18-23 with sets against Lake County and Bowling Green. For more information, call (517) 485-4500 or visit lansinglugnuts.com.
