Augusta's Greatest Yard Sale Hits Lake Olmstead Stadium

Augusta, GA - Want to turn all those "treasures" collecting dust in your garage, basement or attic into some extra cash? Gather up everything that's causing clutter in your house and head down to the first-ever GreenJackets Grand Rummage Sale on Saturday October 2nd at Lake Olmstead Stadium.

From 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on October 2nd, bargain hunters will gather at Lake Olmstead Stadium for Augusta's greatest yard sale. With all those vendors in one place, there should be a little bit of something for everyone.

"We hope that with so many vendors gathered in one place that we'll create an event that benefits both the buyer and the seller." said Emily McDonald, GreenJackets Account Executive. "The large number of vendors will create convenient, one-stop bargain hunting as well as a great selection for our buyers while the sellers benefit from the fact that this is such a customer-friendly format. There really is strength in numbers for everyone involved."

Vendors can purchase spaces in 10' by 20' parcels for $25 a space. Availability is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Looking for something to do with the kids while you shop? Inflatables will be available for the children throughout the event while concessions will be on sale throughout the day.

Set up will be from 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. with the sale opening promptly at 7:00. Tear down will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
