Homestand Preview - Volcanoes battle Eugene starting Tuesday

Volcanoes close the regular season at home September 1-3 with playoff hopes on the line

KEIZER, Ore. -- With six games left in the 2015 Northwest League regular season, the Volcanoes play its final three games in Keizer Tuesday through Thursday this week against Eugene. 

The Emeralds currently hold the top spot in the second-half South Division standings, three games better than Salem-Keizer. If the Volcanoes win the series, or better yet, sweep Eugene, the final stretch of the season will be nothing short of dramatic.

Tuesday, September 1 - On this Tuesday, fans have the opportunity to get two different types of ticket discounts. It's 2 For Tuesday as fans can buy one ticket at regular price and get one ticket in the same section for just $5. It's also Bi-Mart Tuesday. Bi-Mart members can get $1 off a general admission berm ticket when they show their membership card at the ticket window.

Wednesday, September 2 - Wednesday's game is Family Game Night featuring awesome meal deals, games on the concourse, and two locally centric corporate partners. Families attending can send in their photo to Volcanoes owner Jerry Walker ([email protected]) to be scrolled on the Volcanoes Stadium JumboTron throughout the game. Also, family-friend board games and puzzles will be featured in the the right-field Kids Zone. It's Family Feast Night on Wednesday at Volcanoes Stadium. Fans can purchase hot dogs, soda, popcorn and selected ice cream items for just $1 all night. It's a deal to feed the entire family. Also, it's Dutch Brothers Coffee Night featuring special promotions and deals available at their main concourse table. Additionally, the Pew Charitable Trusts will be on hand, highlighting Pew's commitment to protecting unmanaged forage fish in Oregon's territorial waters of the Pacific.

Thursday, September 3 - College football kicks off Thursday night, and the Volcanoes look forward to hosting many Oregon Duck and Oregon State Beavers fans at Volcanoes Stadium. Fans wearing Ducks and/or Beavers gear can get $5 general admission outfield berm seats. Two special guests join us that night, including NBA legend and Oregon State graduate Mel Counts along with University of Oregon assistant baseball coach Mark Wasikowski. Thursday is also highlighted by $1 Adult Beverage Night. Selected adult beverages are just $1 during the game in the stadium's Lava Lodge Sports Pub. This night is also Fans Appreciation Night, where the Volcanoes thank all of the guests that have supported the team.
