Dayton, Ohio-Midwest League home run and RBI leader Bobby Bradley drilled a two-run double to highlight a three-run sixth inning as the Lake County Captains defeated the Dayton Dragons 5-1 on Tuesday night. The Captains took two-out-of-three in the series. The Dragons split the six-game homestand, winning three and losing three.

The Dragons took a 1-0 lead in the fourth inning on a solo home run to left-center field by Aristides Aquino, his fifth homer of the season.

Meanwhile, Dragons starting pitcher Tejay Antone retired 12 straight Lake County hitters beginning with the second batter of the game and continuing through the fourth inning. In the sixth, the Captains got to Antone for two hits, two walks, and three runs to take a 3-1 lead. Bradley doubled to the fence in right-center with two outs to bring in two runs and break a 1-1 tie. Lake County added single runs in the seventh and ninth innings to close out the scoring. The Dragons did not advance a runner past second base after the fourth inning.

Antone (6-10) was charged with the loss. He worked six innings, allowing three runs on only three hits with three walks and three strikeouts.   All three runs and two of the three hits against Antone came in the sixth inning.

Dragons reliever Jeremy Kivel followed Antone to the mound and allowed two runs over two and one-third innings before leaving the game with an apparent injury in the middle of an at-bat in the top of the ninth inning.

The Dragons finished with six hits. Aquino had the home run and a single.
