Thanks to the Best Fans in Baseball
2010 could not have been so successful without you
When Christian Vazquez flew out to shallow left field on Saturday at FirstEnergy Park, it officially brought an end to the Drive's 2010 season - our 5th anniversary at Fluor Field and in Downtwon Greenville. While it may have been a somber ending on the field, it was not indicative of the year at Fluor Field!
From the Reedy River Rivalry - featuring Clemson University and the University of South Carolina - to the 2010 South Atlantic League All-Star Game, 70 regular season home games, and three home playoff games, our fans have shown tremendous support all season. Your enthusiasm and passion created a playoff-like atmosphere each and every night the Drive took the field at the ballpark
For that we say THANK YOU!
Thanks to your unwavering support, the Drive played in front of 347,475 fans throughout the course of the 2010 season. We truly appreciate the home field advantage you provide us, but most of all, thanks for being the best fans in baseball!
Just remember, there's only 7 months until the 2011 Opening Day at Fluor Field! We can't wait to see you then!
