SJ Giants/Comcast Present Gigante's Halloween Party

Enjoy an Afternoon of FREE and Safe Halloween Fun at Municipal Stadium!

SAN JOSE, CA- The San Jose Giants and Comcast join forces to bring a free afternoon of trick-or-treating to the San Jose Community. The 4th Annual Gigante's Halloween Party will take place on Sunday, October 31st at Municipal Stadium from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Bring the kids out for an afternoon of safe family fun on Halloween. Have your child's picture taken with Gigante and stop by the Cartoon Network's Star Wars™: The Clone Wars™ activity booth.

"Thanks to Comcast, Gigante will be able to invite all the kids in Santa Clara County down to the stadium for an afternoon of trick-or-treating, on-field games and free family fun," said Jim Weyermann, President and CEO of the San Jose Giants. "Bring your kids, nieces, nephews and grandkids, if you don't have kids....borrow your neighbors, but don't miss this free event!"

The Halloween festivities include a costume contest and parade around the bases, pumpkin decorating and face painting, kids activity center on the field, hay maze and the Star Wars: The Clone Wars activity booth. The Star Wars: The Clone Wars Takeover will offer family-friendly activities, including the opportunity for fans to meet the clone troopers and take pictures against a Star Wars: The Clone Wars backdrop. The photos will be printed on site, and Comcast will also offer Star Wars: The Clone Wars prizes and other fun giveaways.

Admission and parking are FREE. Gates open at 12:00 PM and the party goes until 4:00 PM. Great prizes including a San Jose Giants Opening Day VIP Package will be raffled off throughout the afternoon.
