Senators Unveil 30th Season Logo and Alternate Hat

Today the Harrisburg Senators held a press conference to announce and show off their 30th season logo and a new, old, alternate hat. With this being the Senators historic 30th season back on the island, the team has plans this year to make the 30th season the biggest season yet.

The 30th season logo will play a big part in our promotional schedule, our marketing efforts, and appear in the ballpark all season long. The Senators are proud of our twenty-nine seasons in the Harrisburg community and cannot wait to begin our thirtieth season. 

When baseball returned to Harrisburg in 1987, the Senators colors were Red and Black. In 2006, our organization introduced the new color scheme that our team wears proudly today. At that time, we officially said "goodbye" to "Uncle Slam," who had appeared on the team's hats since 1994. Today, the Senators are proud to announce that "Uncle Slam" will be featured prominently in a new alternate hat that our players will wear on the field this season. This hat is the combination of the past and present in color and style. 

In the coming months, we look forward to unveiling the many ideas that we are working on for our thirtieth season. We cannot wait to tell you more about all of the fun that we have in store!
